What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal payments, which in most countries also allows bank transfers.

Companies in the European Union (with a EU VAT ID) that would like to purchase a lifetime license can also pay by SEPA bank transfer after we send you a direct invoice. Please get in touch by email if you are interested in this option!

What happens after my purchase?

You will receive two emails, with your receipt and invoice, a download link for your TablePress version, a personal license key, and installation instructions.

You can then upload the plugin ZIP file through the Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin menu in your site’s WordPress admin dashboard, and enter your license key.

And no worries, all your tables and settings will of course continue to work fine!

Do you offer support if I need help?

Do I get updates?

Yes! Premium plugin updates are included with all plans. This means that as long as you have a valid and active subscription, you will receive updates, ensuring that TablePress remains up to date, secure, and running reliably.

What’s the time span for your contracts?

All plans are on annually recurring subscriptions unless you purchase a single payment lifetime license. A license renewal is automatically set up upon purchase, which you can cancel whenever you want on your account page. We will also send you a reminder email about a month before the renewal is due.

What happens when my license expires?

You still can use the plugin as usual, with the version that is installed on your site at the time of the license expiration. You will no longer receive any plugin updates though, including security updates or bug fixes! Also, you will no longer be eligible for direct email support.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade an existing subscription, you’ll only pay a prorated amount — your previous purchases will be used as a discount. When you downgrade, you’ll get an extension of your subscription.

Can I cancel my account/subscription at any time?

Yes, if you ever decide that TablePress isn’t the best plugin for your project, simply cancel your subscription and renewals on your account page. You’ll still be able to use the plugin but will no longer receive updates or direct email support.

What license do I need for my WordPress multisite installation?

Every site in a multisite installation needs its own license. Development, testing, staging, or localhost sites for a production site with a valid license do not need their own license and are included with the production site’s license for free!
