Do you offer support if I need help?

Do I get updates?
Yes! Premium plugin updates are included with all plans. This means that as long as you have a valid subscription, you will receive updates, ensuring that TablePress remains up to date and running reliably.
What happens when my license expires?
You still can use the plugin as usual. The only thing is you will be unable to receive more support or to get the latest version of the plugin. Sometimes it is important to keep your website fast and secure, but not necessary.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade an existing plan you only pay a prorated amount. When you downgrade, you get an extension of your subscription.
Can I cancel my account/subscription at any time?
Yes, if you ever decide that TablePress isn’t the best plugin for your project, simply cancel your subscription and renewals from your Freemius account panel. You’ll still be able to use the plugin but will no longer receive updates or support from the TablePress team.
What’s the time span for your contracts?
All plans are on a yearly subscription basis unless you purchase a lifetime plan. A license renewal is automatically set up upon purchase, which you can cancel whenever you want from your Freemius account page. We will also send you reminders a few weeks before the renewal is due.
Do you offer lifetime license or multi-site license discounts?

What happens after my purchase?
You will receive an email with your receipt and invoice, a download link for your TablePress version, a license key, and installation instructions.
You can then upload the plugin ZIP file through the Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin menu in your site’s WordPress admin dashboard, and enter your license key.
What license do I need for my WordPress multisite installation?
Every site in a multisite installation needs its own license. During checkout, you can select discounted license packages, for 3 sites or for unlimited sites.
