Who are you?
We are Tobias Bäthge Software GmbH, a software development company in Magdeburg, Germany. We develop the popular WordPress table plugin TablePress.
What information do you store?
We store some meta information about your visit on this website in our server’s log files, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser) of your request. Also, third party services may collect information about website visitors, also via co-called “Cookies”. If you sign up for the email newsletter, your email address and name will be stored with Mailchimp. Payment, licensing, and billing information will be stored by Freemius, Inc., the Merchant of Record (MoR) of any purchases. Emails can be received or sent via Google Workspace, SendGrid, or Amazon SES.
Where does the information go?
The log files for our website are stored on our servers, which is hosted by IONOS SE and Oracle Corp. in Germany, in the European Union. Mailchimp, Freemius, Google, SendGrid, and Amazon host the information on their respective servers, which are located in datacenters in Europe and/or the United States. We do not have influence on the location of these servers.
How long do you keep the information?
We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference or even for legal reasons. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us. We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.
Do you share the information with other parties?
No, we will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, unless it should be shared for fulfilling your request.
