This TablePress Extension has been retired. It is no longer available.
As an alternative, you can use the Automatic Filter module that is available in TablePress Premium plans.
Sometimes it can be useful to initialize the “Search:” field above a table with a filter word. The advantage of this method over the Row Filtering Extension is, that the user can change the filter word, to e.g. show all entries in the table.
To use this, download, install, and activate the Extension like a regular WordPress plugin. Then, on the page where you want to show the table, insert the extended Shortcode
[table “123” not found /]
and change the 123 to the desired table ID. Here, word would be the initial filter that is set once the table is viewed.
